In support of the Visit Johor 2026 tourism campaign, the Johor State Government has announced a free shuttle bus service designed to make it easier for tourists and locals to explore key attractions in Johor Bahru without worrying about transport costs or traffic hassles.
This new initiative is a joint effort by the Public Transport Corporation of Johor (PAJ), Johor Bahru City Council (MBJB), and Tourism Johor, aimed at giving visitors a comfortable and convenient way to visit the city’s famed landmarks and cultural hotspots.

The shuttle service is expected to operate daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a fixed route linking eight main stops. Each bus can carry up to 20 passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for all users.
Although an exact launch date is yet to be confirmed, early rollout in early 2026 is anticipated as part of the broader tourism push under the Visit Johor 2026 campaign.
