Bursa Malaysia Bhd announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Rosidah Baharom, has officially resigned from her position, effective yesterday.
According to a filing with the stock exchange, Rosidah’s departure was attributed to her decision to pursue personal interests.
The bourse operator stated that its board, through the nomination and remuneration committee, had already initiated the process of identifying a suitable candidate to succeed Rosidah. A formal announcement regarding the new appointment will be made in due course.
In the meantime, Rasmona Abdul Rahman, Executive Vice-President of Group Finance and Corporate Services, has been appointed as the acting CFO, effective today.
